Bad Habits

burger.jpgWe all have them – the little things we know we should not do but often do unconsciously. Sometimes they are things we should do but don’t, like not flossing every time we brush our teeth.

I am talking about bad habits.

Mine include biting my nails occasionally, forgetting to floss, tossing clothes on the floor instead of folding them and putting them away, over eating… Yeah, I have plenty of them, and I am sure you have a few as well. What are they? Don’t be afraid to get down into the nitty gritty habits you have or even the weird habits you might have that don’t serve a particular purpose, like folding your shirts one way or another.

What are your bad habits?
